Update from BAWLS Acquisition

Jan 3, 2011 - Miami, FL ?BAWLS Acquisition, parent company of BAWLS Guarana, reported strong increases in revenue on Oct. 31, the close of their fiscal year after only 7 months in operation. The company continues to enjoy the upward momentum of increasing sales due to a rapidly expanding network of DSD partners nationwide.

The growth phase has proven to be a feat, but in keeping the focus on regaining shelf space and market share, the BAWLS Acquisition Team has managed to successfully close in territories and bring on board 63% of the total distribution base that existed in 2009 as well as build a number of new relationships with distribution partners domestically and abroad.

The BAWLS products, namely BAWLS Guarana, BAWLS Sugar Free EXXtra, BAWLS Root Beer and BAWLS Cherry have regained a significant national presence thanks to the newest additions to the BAWLS distribution network, among them Straub, CA., Banko Beverage, PA., Webb and Gerritsen, WI., R.S. Lipman, TN., Great Micros, ID., Johnson Distributing, WI., Viking Coke, MN. and Eby Brown. On the international stage, BAWLS is rapidly regaining a foothold in Canada and quickly becoming a sensation in The Netherlands, Germany, and Japan. There are ongoing negotiations for expansion into the UK, the EU, South and Central America as well as portions of the Caribbean.

The BAWLS brand is poised for a strong comeback in 2011. Since returning to the market in April of 2010, the packaging has been redesigned, new POS has been fabricated and the BAWLS Masterminds are currently in the labs engineering new concoctions for the possibility of a new product launch in the coming year.

BAWLS is Back

Company has about 43 percent of old distribution network back, new owners say.

A few months after nearly going out of business ? and after investors forced the ouster of founders Hoby Buppert and Christina Staalstrom ? current owners BAWLS Acquisition claim that the company is on its way out of the doldrums.

?We have completed our first 100 days of operation and within this time, we have been successful in bringing back 43 percent of the total distribution base that existed in 2009,? said BAWLS Acquisition Vice President Lisa Karell. ?We have aspiring hopes of regaining the other 57 percent within a very short time frame.?

Karell made the announcement as part of a release announcing the company had added Ogden, Utah-based Miller/Coors distributor Golden Beverage. While Bawls has been quiet since barely avoiding bankruptcy last Fall, the company has managed to regain some of its market share and slowly build international distribution, Karell said.

BAWLS Acquisition was formed in March after repeated attempts to sell the company proved fruitless. Many distributors and retailers became frustrated with the company's inability to maintain supply lines before the change in ownership, a situation that persisted as the new regime sought to regain momentum.

"We are letting them know we're here," Karell said. "Production runs are fresh and we're ready to go."

Update of 4All International

Update of 4All International

Feb 10, 2011 - Wijchen - The Netherlands. 4All International is a one-men business that started (when the first load of BAWLS arrived) in August 2010 with the sales of BAWLS Guarana in The Netherlands. Now, a few months later, the sales go well but it may be better. In the meantime, the Northern part of the Netherlands has its own distributor. Our customers (mostly gamers) are glad that BAWLS Guarana is available in The Netherlands, but they actually want more. The customers order on our website per box, but we get often the question; were can we buy BAWLS per bottle? At first it was not our intention to sell BAWLS to the supermarkets, because it is an exclusive product. But if the customer asks for it, we are more than willing to fulfill their wishes. So, the good news is, we are working on it.

4All International is always looking for new entrepreneurs who want to distribute BAWLS Guarana in The Netherlands or want to import it into their own country. So if you are interested in importing/distributing BAWLS Guarana (even if your country has provided an importer), do not hesitate to contact us on info(at)4all-int.nl.

4All International has made up several methods to provide Europe of BAWLS Guarana. For example, in Belgium, they have the opportunity to sell the product, before they have to pay the bill. If they are not able to sell enough BAWLS Guarana they can return the remaining boxes. The only thing they will have to pay are the transport costs and the total boxes sold. Belcone International will take care of the distribution of BAWLS in Belgium for one month. After one month, it should be clear whether there is a market for BAWLS Guarana. Belcone International has already been supplied and therefore you can order the product online on www.bawls.nl. If the sales go well, they will continue selling and they will get their own website www.bawls.be

A Slovenian company first wants to approach potential buyers before they will import BAWLS Guarana. So, if they have sold enough in advance, they are planning to order their first shipment.

4All International is going to do research in Denmark. Jackie Aalbers (student International Business & Languages at the HAN in Arnhem) is going to investigate the Danish market, which should show whether it is relevant to start with the sale of BAWLS Guarana. She will do this research in the next 20 weeks at the office of 4All International. 4All International chose this country because there is a high demand of BAWLS from individual customers. These individuals, primarily gamers have ever heard of BAWLS or they have drunk it on LAN-parties. There are also two companies who are interested in importing BAWLS Guarana to Denmark. However, there are many rules and laws which the importers have to follow including the mandatory deposit system. This system is very complicated and it brings a lot of cost with it before they can cooperate with this system. Because of this system, a German company has already pulled out. The costs are too high for them. However, this study should therefore make clear whether it is even possible to make BAWLS Guarana a success in Denmark. Ultimately, I do feel that BAWLS Guarana can be sold in each country whether it is sold as a regular product or might even sells itself as an exclusive product. But let?s hope Jackie can figure this out.
